Margaret Brown

Margaret (Billie) Brown 1926-2020 On April 8th, 2020, Margaret (Billie) Brown passed peacefully to be with her Lord and Savior. Born February 5th, 1926 in Lenoir, Billie was the daughter of Graham and Margaret Branch. Billie was a loving wife and Mother. She was married to Wilbern (Fuzzy) Brown for 67 years and is survived by her daughters Cathy Brown , Gina Medlin, her husband Brandon and her 2 grand dogs Brandi and Brody. Billie proudly worked at Thomasville Furniture for 30 years, but the most fun she had working was during World War II at Oak Ridge TN in support of the war effort. As a life long member of First Baptist Church (Lenoir), Billie found tremendous joy from her church work and fellowship. Billie will be remembered for her sparkling blue eyes, beautiful smile, sense of humor and devotion to family and friends. Live by her example; share a kind word with a friend or neighbor in need and help those less fortunate. The family will have private graveside rites.
