Margarert Bryant

Lenoir- Mrs. Margaret Brown Bryant, age 75, passed away on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at Blue Ridge Healthcare-Valdese. She was born in Caldwell County on January 13, 1943 to the late Firch and Maggie Brown. She was a loving mother and grandmother that cared deeply for her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Mary Edminston and Josephine Chester; and her brother, George Brown. Mrs. Bryant is survived by her daughter, Anita Parton and husband, Larry; sister, Linda Jones; brothers, Steve Brown and Ronald Brown; grandchildren, Alicia Helton; Michael Helton; and Amanda Streeter; great-grandchildren, Patrick Evans, Jr.; and Adrianna Streeter. A celebration of Mrs. Bryant’s life will be held at Bethel Advent Christian Church on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at 12:00 PM with Pastor David Brown and Pastor Diane Hendrix officiating. Interment will immediately follow the service in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 until 12:00 prior to the service at the church.
