Marc L. Pearson

Lenoir, NC- Mr. Marc L. Pearson, age 53, of Lenoir, died Wednesday, February 27, 2008 in Caldwell Memorial Hospital. Born September 1, 1954 in Caldwell County, Marc was a son of the late Claude ?Brother? Pearson and Elizabeth ?Lib? Pearson of Lenoir. Marc was a member of the First United Methodist Church where he played in the praise band. Being a Christian was so important to him. He loved his Lord, his family and his friends. He was a 1972 graduate of Lenoir High School where he played 1st Chair in the percussion section of the band. Marc played with many musicians and many local bands over the years. Marc worked with the Music Center of Lenoir. Surviving Marc other than his mother is his wife Lynn of the home, his beloved beagle, ?Jake?; one sister, Carol E. Pearson of Lenoir; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Hal and Joyce Hall of Lenoir; brother-in-law, Bill Hall and wife Lisa of Hickory, nephew Will Hall of Hickory and many loving friends. A celebration of Marc?s life will be held 2:30 PM Sunday, March 2, 2008 at First United Methodist Church in Lenoir with Dr. John Fowler and Reverend Marietta Smith officiating. A private graveside service will be held at Blue Ridge Memorial Park. The family will receive friends following the Celebration of Life Service in the Christian Life Center of the First United Methodist Church.
