Lenoir, NC – Mrs. Luetta Rebecca “Becky†Hall, age 73, of Lenoir, passed away on Friday, May 13, 2011 at Caldwell Hospice and Palliative Care in Hudson. Born September 23, 1937, Becky was a daughter of the late James Henry and Carrie Luetta Black Faulkner. Becky was a cabinet room worker for many years. She was Baptist by faith and had attended Liberty Baptist Church. Becky enjoyed doing volunteer work at the Koinonia apartments. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, James Allen Smith. Survivors include her four daughters and sons in law, Debbie and Tommy Hall of Lenoir, Toni and Bobby Conard of Waynesville, Donna and Jackie Kincaid of Granite Falls, and Karen Faulkner of Lenoir; a brother, James David Faulkner of Sawmills; nine grandchildren, Joseph Kincaid, Melissa Hall, James Smith, Kelly Wells, Betty Jo Pritchard, Sandy Wilson, Nathaniel Conard, Jacob Kincaid, and Justin Smith; she is also survived by seven great grandchildren, and numerous other relatives. A celebration of Becky’s life will be held on Sunday, May 15, 2011 at 3:00 PM in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Service. Officiating will be Pastor Jay David Faulkner. Interment will follow at the Blue Ridge Memorial Park. The family will receive friends prior to the service at the funeral home from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
