Lenoir, NC- Sally Louise Jackson Hatley, age 78, of Lenoir, went home to be with the Lord on November 4, 2011 at the Carolina Rehab after an extended illness. Sally attended the Lenoir Pentecostal Holiness Church and loved the Lord. She was born May 6, 1933 in Marion, NC to the late Romey Leakey and Lois Leakey. She is survived by her husband, William A. “Bill†Hatley; four sons, Gary Gentry Williams, Michael Ray Williams, Bryan Keith Jackson and Clyde Eugene Jackson; three daughters, Tina Louise Loftis, Angela Jean Mesemore and Janice Kay DeBeve; four brothers, seven sisters, 18 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. A celebration of Sally’s life will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2011 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Service. Interment will follow the service in the Blue Ridge Memorial Park. Serving as pallbearers will be Gary Gentry Williams, Michael Ray Williams, Bryan Keith Jackson, Michael Allen Philbeck and Christopher Lee DeBeve.
