Louise Triplett Hammonds

Granite Falls, NC- Mrs. Louise Triplett Hammonds, age 79 of Granite Falls, died Sunday, November 19, 2006 at Camelot Manor Nursing Care. Born December 1, 1926 in Caldwell County, Mrs. Hammonds was a daughter of the late Connie and Lula Reid Triplett. She is survived by her daughter, Jean Stamey and her husband Roger of Hudson; three sons, Larry Triplett and wife Kim of Thomasville; Reverend George William ?Billy? Foote, Jr. and wife Steffanie of Lexington; James Michael Foote and wife Grace of Manchester, TN; three sisters; Mary Katherine Sherrill of Grays Chapel, Beatrice Worley of Dallas, TX; Lorene Houston and husband D.C. of Icard; one brother, James Doyle ?Jim? Triplett and wife Lynn of Maiden; 7 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by one sister, Edith Triplett. Private services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Church on the Rock, 2690 Villa Woods, Granite Falls, NC 28630 or to Caldwell Hospice and Palliative Care, 902 Kirkwood Street, Lenoir, NC 28645.
