Lottie Holman

Lenoir, NC- Mrs. Lottie Ellen Bowman Holman, age 75 of Lenoir, passed away on Thursday, November 17, 2016 at Caldwell Memorial Hospital. Born May 22, 1941 in Caldwell Country, Lottie was a daughter of the late George Washington and Sarah Elizabeth Clark Bowman. Lottie was a homemaker and enjoyed working in her garden. Lottie will be remembered for her love to fellowship. She enjoyed living a simple life and spending time with her friends and family over a cup of coffee or a nice meal. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin Fred Holman; a son, Mark Allen Holman; and numerous brothers and sisters. Survivors include her children, Lisa Holman of Hudson, Debbie McCarver (husband Jeremy) of Campobello, SC, David Holman (wife Kathy) and Terry Holman both of Lenoir; a sister, Loretta Smith; a brother, Roger Bowman; she is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and numerous other relatives. A memorial service celebrating Lottie’s life will be held on Sunday, November 20, 2016 at 2PM at Poarch Chapel Missionary Methodist Church.
