Logan Todd Arnold

April 27, 1995 — November 19, 2024

Logan Todd Arnold, age 29, born and raised in Lenoir, was called to his Heavenly home with Jesus on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, surrounded by his loving family.

Logan is survived by his Mother, Cyndi Akins; Father, Eddie Arnold and wife Jennifer Arnold; sister, Leslie Arnold, step sister Jasmin and step brother Jaxston; Grandmothers, Sarah Akins and Judy Greene; Aunt Cheryl Watts and husband Brian Watts; Uncle Scott Akins; Uncle Todd Akins and his wife Jill; Uncle Steve Arnold; Aunt Kim Lefever and great Angie Bradshaw and Glenna Brooks; Cousins Stella Akins, Liam Akins, Ross Watts, Raegan Watts, Savannah Akins, Brooklyn Igims and numerous other relatives.

Logan’s legacy will forever touch the lives of his family, friends, teachers, coworkers and everyone who knew him. He had a heart of gold to always do the right thing in life. He believed his purpose on earth was to work hard and to put others before himself. He began working years ago, even as a young child, looking up to the men and women in his life that he could learn from. His desire to work ultimately ended his life on earth, but he was doing exactly what he loved. Logan was especially gifted in art. His imagination poured into his drawings, paintings and wood crafting. In Logan’s younger years, he had a passion for and earned his 2nd degree black belt in Martial Arts, under the instruction and love of Arthur Ferguson. Logan also loved playing football and riding dirt bikes with his friends.

Logan was the oldest of his cousins. They always looked up to him and admired his fun, loving spirit and strength. Logan deeply cared for his family and spending quality time with them meant so much.

Logan’s faith in Jesus Christ and his longing to learn more about God grew him close to the Lord, along with the support and love of his family and church family.

A service to celebrate Logan’s life will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2024, at 3:00 PM in the sanctuary of Logan’s home church, First United Methodist Church in Lenoir with Pastor Dave Melton and former Youth Minister of First United Methodist Church, Aaron Horn officiating.  The family will receive friends from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM in the sanctuary of First United Methodist Church on Saturday November 23, 2024.  A private burial for family will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to First United Methodist Church, Lenoir, 309 Church Street NW, Lenoir NC 28645.
