Lisa Kathleen Church Harper

Lenoir, NC – Lisa Kathleen Church Harper, age 48, of Lenoir, went to be with Jesus Monday, March 7, 2011 at Caldwell Memorial Hospital. Born August 15, 1962 in Caldwell County, Lisa was a daughter of the late Nellie Cobb Church and Mr. Clifford Church of Lenoir. Lisa was an associate minister along with her husband serving as assistant minister at the Heartpeace Ministries with Pastor Penny Smith. Other than her father, she is survived by her husband, Eugene “Gene” Harper, of the home; one son, Clifton Potter of Cleveland, TN and her granddaughter, Madison Hice. A celebration of Lisa’s life will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, March 10, 2011 in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Service with Pastor Penny Smith and Reverend Michael Ferree officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 1 until 2 PM, one hour prior to the service.
