Linda Miller

Mrs. Linda Sue Pritchard Miller, age 73, of Granite Falls, passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at Caldwell Hospice and Palliative Care in Hudson. Born December 4, 1943 in Caldwell County, Linda was a daughter of the late William Elbert and Vertie Welborn Pritchard. She was Baptist by faith and a member of Central Baptist Church of Lenoir. Linda was an avid tennis player when she was younger and enjoyed sewing, copper tooling, and an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Richard Todd Miller; a son in law, Neal Martin; and numerous brothers and sisters. Survivors include her husband of 54 years, Brent Thomas Miller of the home; two daughters, Rebecca Diane Martin and Jennifer Miller Pahler (husband John) both of Granite Falls; granddaughter, Leah Bonham (husband Josh) of Burgaw, NC; Mrs. Miller is also survived by three brothers, three sisters, eight great-grandchildren and numerous other relatives. A memorial service celebrating Linda’s life will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at 4:00 PM at Central Baptist Church in Lenoir. Officiating will be Reverend John Jernigan and Reverend Rodney Raby.The family will receive friend at the church prior to the service from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
