Linda Glass Kirby

Gamewell, NC- Mrs. Linda Gail Glass Kirby, age 63, passed away on September 28, 2010 at Caldwell Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Kirby was born in Catawba County on December 11, 1946 to the late Jack and Violet Huffman Glass, and is the wife of Duane Kirby of the home. Mrs. Kirby was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who will be missed greatly by her family and friends. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son, Scott Kirby and wife, Rayna; her daughter, Tina Gilbert; brothers, Kevin and Ricky Glass; grandson, Dakota Kirby; granddaughter̢۪s, Tasha Gilbert and Michelle Gilbert; and great-granddaughter̢۪s, Kalia Pitts and Kiandra Gilbert. The family will receive friends on Friday, October 1, 2010 in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Service from 11:00 until 1:00.
