Linda Marceil King

Linda Marceil Deal King, age 79, of Lenoir left us to go home to be with the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, September 11, 2021. Born September 12, 1941 to the late Elmer Durant and Sarah Elizabeth Mullevine Cline Deal “Sally” of Statesville. She was one of ten siblings. She is preceded in death by her sisters; Francis, Doralee, Arlene, Grace, Nancy and Dottie; brothers, Elmer and Henry leaving one surviving brother Gene (wife, Jewel). Left to cherish her memory is her beloved stubborn husband of 62 years, Billy Charles King, 83. Her loving children, Gary Eugene King (wife, Kim), Steven Charles King (wife, Lisa), and DeLinda “Carol” Ward (Bobby). Sister-in-Law, Phyllis Deal; Adored grandchildren, Joshua King, Matthew King, (wife, Sylvia), Zachary King, Dalton Ward, Dakala Ward, and Ethan King (wife, Taylor). And numerous nieces, nephews, and five great grandchildren. She enjoyed spending time with her loved ones, putting together puzzles, and doing her hunt and seek books. There are no words to explain the beauty and love this woman shared, but as she moves on she is still with us every single day, dancing in Gods grace. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
