Lillie Mae Coffey

Lenoir, NC- Ms. Lillie Mae Coffey, age 74 of Lenoir, died Monday, January 22, 2007 at Caldwell Hospice and Palliative Care. Born, June 7, 1932 in Avery County, Ms. Coffey was a daughter of the late Ernest Clinton and Rosa Lee Chambers Coffey. She is survived by one niece, Brenda Sheppard and husband James of Patterson; 2 nephews, Jerry Coffey and Billy Coffey, both of Granite Falls; 2 great-nieces, Jessica Sheppard of Patterson, Dreama Coffey of Lenoir and 2 great-nephews, Adam Killian and Blake Coffey, both of Granite Falls. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Larry Clinton Coffey and her half-brother, Roy Lee Coffey. A celebration of Ms. Coffey?s life will be held 4:00 P.M. Thursday, January 25, 2007 at Jesus Life Center in Longvue with Pastor Tim Woodruff officiating. Memorials may be made to Caldwell Hospice and Palliative Care, 902 Kirkwood Street, Lenoir, NC 28645.
