Hudson – Larry “Cowboy” Michael Angley, age 55, passed away on Saturday, December 6, 2014 at his home. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, John and Betty Burris Angley. He is survived by his wife, Jessie Marley Angley and his two daughters, Paula Mae Angley and Rebecca Lynn Marley. He also leaves behind two brothers, Doug Angley and wife, Brenda of Morganton; Tim Angley and partner, Janie Sedgwick of Lenoir; sisters, Sandra Angley and partner, Mark Ferguson of Lenoir; Rachel Angley Suttle and husband, Larry of Virginia Beach, VA; He is survived by his mother-in-law, Zora Marley of Lenoir; two brother-in-laws, Johnny Marley and wife, Iris of Lenoir; Henry Marley of Lenoir; two sister-in-laws, Lillie Lail and husband, David of Lenoir; Jane Cannon and husband, Charlie of Lenoir; six nieces and four nephews; also included are Larry Jr., and O’Ryan Robinson, whom he considered “sons”. Also, he left behind of his long-time friend, Andy Edwards. A memorial service for “Cowboy” will be held at Refuge Missionary Baptist Church on Tuesday, December 9, 2014 at 6:00 PM with Pastor Jerry Woody officiating.
