Lamont Wells

Lamont Wells, 63, died November 5, 2020. Lamont was born on September 4, 1957 in Charlottesville, VA to Ruth Hendrix Wells and the late Samuel L. Wells, Sr. He attended Hibriten High School and joined the U.S. Army where he served in South Korea, Germany and Ft. Polk, LA from 1976 to 1982. Lamont never met a stranger. He spent his life enriching others and it was always a pleasure to be in his company. He is survived by his mother, Ruth H. Wells; sisters, Teresa Witherspoon and husband, Virgil, Ivy Bryant and husband, Keith and brother Schylur Wells Sr. and wife, Lou; and several nieces and nephews.
