Kevin Brent Moody

Connelly Springs, NC- Mr. Kevin Brent Moody, age 19, passed away on Tuesday, October 25, 2011. Kevin was born in Catawba County on August 4, 1992 to Audrey McCray Moody and the late Stephen Brent Moody. In addition to his father, He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Kenneth H. McCray. Other than his mother he is survived by his grandparents, Ruby M. McCray and Raymond and Rosa Lee Moody; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Kevin was a 2011 graduate of Heritage Christian School and had previously worked at Fair Value. He was a varsity athlete, member of the Conservative Club and acted in the spring drama. He was the most wonderful son a mother could ask for and was taken much too soon. A celebration of Kevin̢۪s life will be held at Ambassador Baptist Church on Friday, October 28, 2011 at 2:30 with Pastor Robert Setzer and Pastor Shawn Davis officiating. Burial will take place at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens in Hickory immediately following the service. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:30 prior to the service.
