Kenneth Vann Williams

 Lenoir, NC- Mr. Kenneth Vann ?K.V.? Williams, age 60, of Lenoir, passed away Friday morning, August 28, 2009 at Grace Hospital in Morganton. Born May 29, 1949 in Caldwell County, he was a son of the late Thomas Clyde and Elsie Pritchard Williams. Kenneth worked for Quality Furniture for many years as a finisher and repairman. He was of Advent Christian faith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Austine Moody; and two brothers, William Randolph ?W.R.? Williams and Archie Clinton Williams. He is survived by a son and daughter in law, Chad and Tracy Tolbert Williams of Lenoir; a daughter and son in law, Amy and Eric Nash of Lenoir; Three sisters and a brother in law, Bonnie Braswell, Clarice and Lloyd Griffin, and Janice Laws all from Lenoir; one brother and sister in law, Cecil and Anna Williams of Lenoir; one grandson, Caleb Aaron Williams of Lenoir; he is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives. A funeral service for Kenneth will take place on Monday, August 31, 2009 at 11:00 Am at the Nazareth Advent Christian Church. Officiating will be Reverend Ronnie Jones, Reverend Rodney Raby, and Reverend David Jones. Interment will take place in the Calloway Cemetery in Avery County following the service at 3:00 PM. Pallbearers will be Jeremy Wright, Mark Pritchard, Mike Moore, Jeff Huskey, Marvin Williams, Jr., and Chris Griffin. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Sunday, August 30, 2009 at Evans Funeral Service.
