Kenneth Hair

Mr. Kenneth Lee Hair, age 73, of Lenoir passed away on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at Caldwell UNC Healthcare. Born October 28, 1947 in Pearson, Georgia, Kenneth was a son of the late G.W. Hair Jr. and Saleeta Hair.Kenneth loved the outdoors, especially bird watching and planting trees.He enjoyed watching NASCAR, reading and working with all of his tools.What he will mostly be remembered for will be the love he had for his family.In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a brother, James Gulledge; a sister, Cindy Hair. Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Regina Hair; a son, Kenny Hair (wife Jennifer); his step mother, Betty Hair; a brother, G.W. Hair III; a sister, Donna K. Grugel; a special niece, Jessica Curtis-Yount; a special caregiver, Valarie Brown; Kenneth is also survived by numerous other relatives. The family will be having a private memorial service to celebrate Kenneth’s life. The family requests memorials be made to the charity of your choice or plant a tree in memory of Kenneth.
