Kenneth Harold Buckner

Kenneth H. Buckner Lenoir, NC – Kenneth Harold Buckner, age 54, passed away on Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at his residence. He was born in Catawba County on August 31, 1957 to Sue Helton Buckner of Lenoir and the late Hillard Clyde Buckner. Kenneth was a veteran of the United States Navy and was a member of Temple Baptist Church. In addition to his father, Kenneth was preceded in death by sister, Debra Ellen Bentley. Other than his mother, he is survived by two sisters, Juanita Stout and Elizabeth Buckner, both of Lenoir; one brother, Anthony Clyde Buckner of Lenoir; and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at Temple Baptist Church on Saturday, August 11, 2012 at 2:00 PM with Pastor Joel Bixler officiating. Military honors will be presented.
