Kayla Forth

Lenoir – Kayla Lorraine Forth, age 20, passed away on Easter Sunday, March 27, 2016 at Frye Regional Medical Center. She was the daughter of Harold and Lashawntay Forth. She was born in Cabell-Huntington, West Virginia on August 17, 1995. She is preceded in death by her grandparents Harold and Mary Forth and Linda Simpson. Other than her parents she is survived by her brother, Joseph David Forth and wife Caitlian. She also has two twin sisters, Heather and Harlee Forth. She has one niece, Gracie Forth and one nephew Cameron Forth. She is also survived by her Uncle Jamie Cazad, and Gena Chapman and husband Lewis. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, April 1, 2016 at 4:00 PM at Pooveys Chapel Baptist Church. The family will receive friends Friday from 3:00 until 4:00 prior to the service.
