Kathy Miller

Hudson- Kathy Watson Miller, age 65, passed away on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at Caldwell Hospice in Hudson. She was born in Caldwell County on October 31, 1953 to the late Benjamin and Lois Watson.Kathy always loved her family and asked them to remember her for her loving heart. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Terry Watson; Jimmy Edmisten and her sister, Linda Sparks. Kathy is survived by her daughter, Lisa Sparks and husband, Michael; granddaughters, McKaley and Abby Sparks; sisters, Patsy Hamby and husband, Dwight; Marianne Shew and husband, Larry; brothers, Bill Edmisten and wife, Carolyn; Larry Edmisten and wife, Joan; numerous nieces and nephews; and Sugar, her beloved pet. The family will have a private memorial service for Kathy. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be sent to Caldwell Hospice, 902 Kirkwood Street, Lenoir, NC28645.
