Judy Eggers Greene

Mrs. Judy Eggers Greene, age 67, of Granite Falls passed away on Sunday, January 8, 2023 at Amorem Hospice in Hudson.

Born June 30, 1955 in Caldwell County, Judy was a daughter of the late Meairl Eggers.  Judy loved the Lord and will be remembered for her big heart.  She was a caregiver and had a wicked sense of humor.  In addition to her mother, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Edward “Ed” Greene, Sr; a niece, Michelle Eggers; her grandmother, Ida Eggers.

Survivors include her siblings, Vanda Hatley and Dean Eggers (wife Robin); special cousin and caregiver, Barbara Stone (husband Larna); two nieces, Sierra Moose and Desizi Hudson; Judy is also survived by numerous other relatives.

A graveside celebration of Judy’s life will be held on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at Blue Ridge Memorial Park at 1:00 PM with Pastor Rick Bowman officiating.
