Lenoir- Mrs. Judy Barlow, age 70, of Moose Lodge Road went home to be with her Lord and Savior on February 17, 2019 at Caldwell Hospice in Hudson. Judy was born in Caldwell County on January 23, 1949 to the late Fred and Alice Annas. She was married to Richard Barlow for 40 years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Sherrill (Bud) Annas; Kenneth Annas and her sister, Lois Annas Hoyle. Judy was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She was a member of Cedar Valley Methodist Church in Lenoir where she was a Sunday School Teacher and sang in the choir. Judy worked many years at Kincaid in the shipping department. She had a love for animals and loved to do any kind of arts and crafts. She was also a lifetime member of the Disabled American Veterans. In addition to her husband, she is survived by son, Allen Barlow and wife, Harriet; 2 granddaughters, Gaberialle and Rachel Barlow; 2 step-grandsons, Jesse Hartley and Jordan Whisnant; niece, Crystal Brown, who she loved like a daughter; great-niece Hannah Brown and great-nephews, Elijah, Ethan, Hayden and Hunter Brown, who she loved and thought of as grand-kids instead of great-nieces and nephews; brothers, Jerry Annas and Barbara;Raymond Annas and wife Caroline; Neal Annas; Roger Annas and wife, Lynda; sisters, Jan Annas Ledford; Sandy Annas Summerlin and husband, Eddie; Ruthie Annas Gragg, sisters-in-law,Donna Annas and Marie Annas; and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service for Judy will be held at Cedar Valley Methodist Church in Lenoir on Friday, February 22, 2019 at 3:00 PM with Reverend Wayne White officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:00 prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Caldwell Hospice, 902 Kirkwood Street, Lenoir, NC28645.
