Juan Rodriguez-Padilla

Juan Rodriguez-Padilla, passed away on Thursday, March 28, 2024.

Juan was born on January 16, 1955 to the late Juan and Catalina Rodriguez.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one brother and one sister.

Those left cherish his memory are his wife of 40 years, Bessy Rodriguez, sons, Hugo Umanzor (Shannon), Luis Rodriguez, grandchildren, Hugo Jr., Gabriella, Amillia, and Thomas.  Juan also has children from his previous marriage, Gracie Rodriguez and Juan Rodriguez Jr. and grandchildren.

Juan was a wonderful husband, father, son, brother, and uncle.  He was everything to his family.  He was a member of Mision Cristiana Vida Abundante Church in Dallas, NC.  He loved his church, and above all love the Lord.  Juan loved fishing, boxing, and soccer.   Juan was a great cook and he loved to sing.

A service to celebrate Juan’s life will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2024 at 12:00 PM at Evans Funeral Service with Pastor Jose Gilberto Miranda officiating.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on April 6, 2024 at 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM.  Burial will follow at Laurel Haven Cemetery.
