Joyce Triplett

Lenoir – Joyce Triplett, 86, of Lenoir, passed away on November 12, 2020. Joyce was born in Caldwell County to the late Woodrow and Ruth Wilson on October 30, 1934. Joyce was married to the late Ned Triplett of Lenoir. Joyce was a member of Calvary Advent Christian Church. Joyce was a beloved mother and grandmother and will be dearly missed. In addition to her husband and parents, Joyce is preceded in death by her brothers: Bob Wilson; Glenwood Wilson; Rodney Wilson; and Boyd Wilson. Joyce is survived by her two sons Chuck Triplett, and wife Beth, and Rick Triplett. Joyce is survived by her siblings: Reba Barlow; Norma Dillard; and Freddy Wilson. She is survived by her five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Joyce leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews. There will be a celebration of life for Joyce held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at Calvary Advent Christian Church. The Rev. Jim Lee will be officiating.
