Josh Foust Granite Falls, NC – Joshua “Josh” Daniel Foust, age 28, passed away on Saturday, June 8, 2013 in Alexander County. He was born in Caldwell County on August 28, 1984 to Carlos Foust and Denise Grogan Wilson. He was married to April Wallace Foust and the father of Caleb Daniel Foust. Josh was a dedicated Christian and loving father and husband. He was a member of Day 3 Church and employed at Century Fire Protection. He was a motorcycle enthusiast, enjoying both on and off-road riding. In addition to his wife, son, and parents he is survived by his step-mother, Shannon Foust, grandparents, Bill and Dianna Grogan, and Mack and Becky Foust; sisters, Brittany Foust and Alison Woods; brothers, Joseph Woods and Victor McRary; 9 nieces and nephews; numerous close relatives; and his beloved pets, Bella and Rowdy. A celebration of Josh’s life will be held at Poovey’s Chapel Baptist Church on Thursday, June 13, 2013 at 11:00 with Pastor Nicky Waters and Pastor Lynn Parsons officiating. Interment will immediately follow the service in the church cemetery. There will be an escorted procession of motorcycles leaving Evans Funeral Service and going to the church. Those interested in riding their motorcycles should be at the funeral home at 9:00 AM on Thursday. Pallbearers will be Nick Clark, Jordy Clark, Tripp Allison, Willy Baker, Dave Bumgarner, Victor McRary, Lewis Foust, and McDean Foust. The family will receive friends at Poovey’s Chapel Baptist Church on Wednesday, June 12, 2013 from 4:00 until 6:00 PM.
