Joseph Allen Douglas, age 19, passed away on April 18, 2023. Joseph was born on May 11, 2003 to Aaron Douglas and Lisa Miller. Those left to cherish his family are his mother, Lisa Miller; father, Aaron Douglas; sisters, Alle Whisnant (husband, Ben), Chelsey Douglas, Kristi Douglas; brothers, Jesse Douglas, and Aaron Douglas; grandmother, Madelene Miller; grandfather, Joey Allen Miller; nieces, Adyson Douglas, Grayzlin Douglas, Jocelyn Parker; nephews, Jake Boughman, Bryson Ingram, Daelin Bristol. Joseph loved making people laugh. He was an avid jokester. He loved being with his family especially his nieces and nephews. He enjoyed hunting with his grandfather. A funeral service will be held at 2:00PM on Monday, April 24, 2023 at Evans Funeral Service with Pastor Johnny Ward officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 1:00PM to 2:00PM. Burial will follow the service to Woodlawn Memorial Gardens in Lenoir.
