Joseph Cranmer, Jr.

Joseph Harold Cranmer Jr., of Lenoir, North Carolina went home to be with his Lord and Savior on September 16, 2022 at Caldwell UNC Healthcare in Lenoir.

Joseph was born on October 2, 1953 to the late Joseph Harold Cranmer Sr. and Cleo Juanita Walker.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Cory Christopher Cranmer; brother, Thomas Jacobs; sister, Delores Jacobs.

Those left to cherish his memory is his wife, Rosemary Cranmer; daughter-in-law, Ellen Grady; grandchildren, Erin Saunders, Dax Moore Cranmer, Abby Rose Cranmer, Jacob Cranmer, Lilly Cranmer, and Gracie Cranmer; three great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Joseph enjoyed fishing and hunting. He loved spending time with his family. He was a man with a big heart.

A Memorial Service will be held at Sleepy Hollow Bible Baptist Church on Saturday, September 24 at 2:00 PM with Pastor David Williams officiating.
