Jonathan Albert Peare

Naoma, WV – Jonathan Albert Peare, age 30, passed away on Sunday, August 5, 2012 in Naoma, WV. Jonathan who was affectionately known as “Yankee” and “John Boy” by his friends, was born in Sanford, Maine on February 25, 1982 to Robert and LouAnn Welch Peare. Jonathan formerly attended Massabesic High School in Waterboro, ME and was a 2000 graduate of West Caldwell High School in Lenoir, NC. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Harold Arthur Welch and Velda Bernice MacCorison. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother, Joseph Matthew Peare and wife, Tania of Lenoir; sister, Danielle Toutant and husband, Patrick of Green Bay, WI; grandparents, Leora Althea Bean and husband, Gordon and Robert Ernest Peare and wife, Saam; and numerous family members in Maine, New Hampshire, and Tennessee.. A celebration of Jonathan’s life will be held at New Song Church, 320 Expo Blvd. Lenoir, NC 28645, on Saturday, August 11, 2012 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Tim Hawkins and Pastor Phil Case officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 prior to the service.
