Jolene Greene

Jolene Greene, 79, of Hudson, NC passed away on September 15, 2023 at her residence surrounded by her family.

Jolene was born August 14, 1944 to the late Claude and Zulline English.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Michael Riddle; brother, Cecil English, and sister, Anne Baker.

Those left to cherish Jolene’s memory are her husband of 39 years, Claude “CT” Greene; daughters, Tracy Triplett (Tim Ennis), and Jeanie Mask (Mark); bonus son, Greg Greene (Lisa); brother, Lester English; four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and numerous relatives.

Jolene retired after 30 years from Southern Bell – Bell South.  She loved flowers, her family, her church and above all she loved the Lord.  She loved her best friend since 2nd grade, Helen Byrd.  She was the kindest soul ever was.  She was loved by everyone, even the animals her daughter brought home and the friends brought home by her children.  She adopted people, if a person needed a kind word, good home cooked meal, or just love; Jolene would offer all these unconditionally.  Jolene will be missed immensely by everyone who knew her.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at Blue Ridge Memorial Park at 2:00 PM with Pastor Edd Warren and Pastor Danny Wright officiating.

In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Amorem Hospice.
