Hudson, NC- Mrs. Johnsie Kincaid Holman, age 86 of Hudson, died Friday, February 15, 2008 in Frye Regional Medical Center in Hickory. Born January 8, 1922 in Caldwell County, Mrs. Holman was a daughter of the late Ivey Lee and Pearl St. John Kincaid and the wife of the late Henry D. Caudill. Mrs. Holman was a member of Ambassador Baptist Church and had retired from Shuford Mills. She is survived by one son, Danny Caudill and wife Pansy of Hudson; 3 daughters, Sylvia Caudill Williams and husband Richard A. of Granite Falls; Linda Caudill Eggers and husband George of Hudson; Debra Caudill Haas and husband Wilburn C. of Lenoir; 2 sisters, Nellie Kincaid and husband Roy and Betty Clark and husband Ed, all of Lenoir; 13 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Other than her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Judy Kincaid Trivette, 2 brothers, Eugene Kincaid and Carroll Kincaid and 2 sisters, Colleen Shell and Evie Lee Craig. A celebration of Mrs. Holman?s life will be held 11:00 AM Monday, February 18, 2008 in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Service with Reverend Robert Setzer officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Monday from 10 until 11 AM, one hour prior to the service at Evans Funeral Service. Pallbearers will be: Scott Haas, Rick Williams, Gary Carroll, Bryan Coffey, Tommy Eggers and Mark Ward.
