Joanne Buckner Kincaid

JoAnne Kincaid Lenoir, NC- Mrs. JoAnne Buckner Kincaid, age 70, passed away on Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at Grace Heights Health and Rehab. She was born in Madison County on October 21, 1942 to the late Reverend James Jackson Buckner and Leona Hensley Buckner. JoAnne was a member of Hartland Baptist Church for more than 50 years. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, E.A.”Tim” Kincaid and her sisters, infant Martha Buckner and  Doris B. Lingafeldt. She is survived by her daughter, Cissy Kincaid and son Timothy Bryan Kincaid and wife, Janet; grandchildren, Jodi Ann Brittain and Cody Bryan Kincaid; brothers, Reverend Clyde J. Buckner and wife, Gail and Sam D. Buckner and wife, Jan; sister, Mary B. Robinson; and numerous nieces and nephews. A celebration of JoAnne’s life will be held at Hartland Baptist Church on Saturday, September 28, 2013 at 3:00 PM with Reverend Clyde Buckner and Dr.Todd Smith officiating. Interment will immediately follow the service in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 3:00 prior to the service.
