Joann Walsh

Lenoir – Mrs. Joann Sparks Walsh, age 52, passed away on Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at Caldwell Hospice & Palliative Care in Hudson.She was born in Caldwell County on June 10, 1964 to Charles Lambert Sparks and the late Yvonne Browning Sparks. Mrs. Walsh was married to Horace Walsh of the residence for 31 years. Mrs. Walsh is also survived by her son, Milo Lowman and her brothers, Charlie, Jimmy and Johnny Sparks. A memorial service will be held in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Service on Friday, August 26, 2016 at 11:00 AM with Pastor David Bean officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 prior to the service. The family requests memorials be made to Caldwell Hospice, 902 Kirkwood Street, Lenoir, NC 28645.
