Jerry Keith Warren

Lenoir, NC- Mr. Jerry Keith Warren, age 58, of Lenoir, passed away on Thursday, November 11, 2010 at Caldwell Memorial Hospital. Born June 25, 1952 in Caldwell County, Jerry was a son of Lucy Eggers Warren and the late Hal J. Warren. He was a truck driver for many years. He was a member of the Laytown Baptist Church where he served as a deacon. He enjoyed working with honey bees, hunting and fishing. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Joan Basney Warren of the Home; two children, Kathi McDonald of Valdese, and Jimmy Lowman, wife Gwen, of Dixon, TN; one sister, Debbie Warren Auton, husband Steve, of Lenoir; one brother, John Hal Warren, wife Neal, of Lenoir; two grandchildren, Micah Lowman and Daniel Lowman of Dixon, TN; he is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives. A celebration of Jerry’s life will be held on Saturday, November 13, 2010 at 3:00 PM in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Service. Officiating will be Pastor Danny Murphy, Reverend Ed Warren, and Reverend Bill Warren. Interment will follow the service at the Laytown Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM prior to the service.
