Jerry Donald Teague

Jerry Donald Teague 67, of Hudson passed on to Glory on Sunday June 30th 2024.

Born January 15th 1957, Jerry is the son of the Late Charles E Teague and Carrie Alma Jones Teague.

Jerry spent his life as an Owner -operator long haul truckdriver. Jerry was also known as LB (Lover Boy) to his trucking friends and family.

If you were ever blessed enough to hear Jerry tell a story than you know the ability he had to draw a crowd with his humor he was sure to make you laugh, Jerry was a lover of Cars, Motorcycles and most of all Dr. Pepper.

Jerry is survived by his loving Wife of 49 years Sherry Poarch Teague, One daughter Julie Bodford and Husband Ronnie, Two sons Jerry R. Teague and Girlfriend Melissa Craig, Jimmy C. Teague and wife Bryttani Gillum Teague (Cat), 12 Grandchildren, Kristopher, Kristian, Kodie, Jason, Amber, Kenzie, Destiny, Alex, Eva, Jaxxten, Sutton and Anaistyn. Jerry is also survived by 6 Great grandchildren Kristy, Ben, Kaleb Mason, Molly, and Blair. Jerry is survived by his brothers, Mike (Sharon), Terry (Windy) and David (Evelyn) Teague, as well as Two Sisters, Carolyn laws and Martha Coeburn as well as a host of nieces and newphews.

In Addition to his parents Jerry was preceded in death by His Daughter Tiny Teague, and one brother Bob Teague.

The Family will Receive Friends and loved ones on Saturday July 6th at one o’clock at the North Lenoir Church of God services will be led by Jerrys Pastor James Propst.  A grave side service will be held at The Teague Family Cemetery immediately following.

The Family asked that any Flower donations please be sent to North Lenoir Church of God.

While Jerrys Physical Body has passed on to be in Glory , Let us be reminded of the  Laughs we shared together here on earth , for it is our hope that one day soon we will be reunited in Heaven  together once again.
