Jerry Landes

Jerry Lee Landes, age 67, passed away on Friday, October 4, 2024, at Atrium Health – Mercy in Charlotte. He was born in Henrico County, VA on June 10, 1957, to Thelma Wolfe, currently of Richmond, VA, and the late Samuel Landes.  He was married to Melissa Gullett Landes of the home.

Jerry loved watching football and was a huge Green Bay Packer fan. He was a character who loved to cut up and make people laugh. Jerry loved going to the beach and traveling with his wife. He will be forever missed.

Jerry is predeceased by his sister Margie Sandy.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter, Donna Wright and husband, Andrew of Lenoir; son, Adam Landes and wife, Cindy of Morganton; daughter, Christina Landes of Pfafftown, NC; grandkids, Darrian Johnson and Mariska Johnson of Roanoke; Cadaysha Johnson and Cashdon Johnson of Pfafftown; Lola and Austin Landes of Morganton; father-in-law, Dana Gullett of Lenoir; sister’s, Deborah Kincaid of Lenoir; Rhonda Landes of Roanoke, VA; brothers, Gerald Landes of Roanoke, VA and Kenny Hall and wife, Stacy of Richmond, VA; special nephew, David Gullett and numerous other  nieces, nephews and family members.
