Jerry Johnson

Jerry Myers Johnson, 67, of Lenoir passed away on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at Frye Regional Medical Center. He was born in Iredell County on January 26, 1950. Mr. Johnson loved to work in his garden. He was preceded in death by his parents, W. Gernie Johnson and Agnes Huffstetler Johnson. Mr. Johnson is survived by his wife of 36 years, Norma Jean Killian Johnson; daughter, Kimberly J. Parker and husband, Joe; son, William Johnson; grandchildren, Jessica, Ashlea and Nicholas Donaldson; step-grandchildren, Austin, Jacob and Callie Parker; grandchildren, Elijah, Jeremiah, McKenzie and Angelica Johnson; one brother and two sisters;and many other family members. A memorial service celebrating the life of Mr. Johnson will be held in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Service on Saturday, April 15, 2017 at 12:00 Noon.
