Jerry Hollifield

Lenoir – Jerry Ray Hollifield, age 63, passed away on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at his residence. He was born in Caldwell County on March 23, 1956 to Billie Sue Hollifield and the late Kenneth Ray Hollifield. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Terri Hollifield. Before Jerry became sick he was an avid fisherman and he loved to golf. He was a very talented gospel singer and bass guitar player. One of hisfavorite things to do was to watch The Big Bang Theory with his wife. In addition to his wife, Jerry is survived by sons, Jeff and Wendy Hollifield, and Bryan Hollifield; and grandchildren, Alana, Kaylee, Skyler, Spencer and Cierra. At Jerry’s request, he did not want a funeral service. Friends and family are welcome to show their condolences by visiting the residence.
