Jerry Martin Hendrix

Lenoir, NC- Jerry Martin Hendrix, age 60, passed away on Saturday, February 4, 2012 at his residence. He was born in Caldwell County on January 26, 1952 to the late Thomas J.P. Hendrix and Bernice Jones Hendrix. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Freda Miller Hendrix and his sister, Dorothy Ann Hendrix Hackett. He is survived by his children, Crystal Carlton, Aneesah Carlton, Lillie Miller, Latisha Miller, Jertwan Miller; brother, Chris Hendrix, Mickey Hendrix, and Billy Wayne Witherspoon; 13 grandchildren; girlfriend, Dawn Pope; and a host of close friends and relatives. A memorial service for Mr. Hendrix will be held in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Service on Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at 6:00 PM.
