Jerry Allen Goodwin Hudson, NC – Jerry Allen Goodwin, age 63, passed away on Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at Caldwell Memorial Hospital. He was born on March 27, 1949 to the late Wayne and Ruth Goodwin. He was married to Willie Mae Goodwin. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Cindy Greene and husband, Ricky of Lenoir; Pam Greer and husband, John of Hudson; and Christy Miller of Hudson; sons, Jerry Allen, Jr. of Hudson and Ashley Haskett of Lenoir; 12 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; sisters, Patsy Hayes of Johnson City, TN; Donna Mitchell of Morristown, TN; and Lois Brady of Talbott, TN; and his brother, Gary Goodwin, of Lenoir. A celebration of life service will be held at 7:00 PM on Thursday, July 26, 2012 at East Hudson Baptist Church, Mt. Herman Road, Hudson. Reverend Ricky Greene and Reverend Joe Alvarado will be officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 7:00 prior to the service.
