Lenoir, NC- Jeremy Blake Summerow, infant son of Michael and Ashley Johnson Summerow, died Friday, June 25, 2010 at Caldwell Memorial Hospital. Other than his parents, he is survived by 2 sisters, Erika Summerow of Raleigh; Kaylee Johnson of Newport; Paternal Grandmother, Earlene Summerow of Hudson; Paternal Grandfather, William Summerow of Hudson; and Maternal Grandmother, Sharon Paplia of Newport. A graveside service for Jeremy will be conducted 10:00 A.M. Monday, June 28, 2010 at Blue Ridge Memorial Park with Reverend Mike Minton officiating.
