Jennifer Veree Stallings Bryant

Hudson, NC- Mrs. Jennifer Veree Stallings Bryant, age 56, of Hudson, passed away on Thursday, February 16, 2012 at her home. Born August 20, 1955 in Burke County, Jennifer was a devoted daughter of Zelda Brown Stallings and the late Weldon Eugene Stallings. Jennifer was a member of the Whitnel United Methodist Church. She enjoyed collecting bears and taking care of children. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Neva Elmore; maternal grandparents, Pedro and Ethel Brown; a nephew, Aaron McRary; Mother in law, Evelyn Bryant; and a brother in law, Kim Bryant. In addition to her mother, survivors include her husband, Jeff Bryant; a brother, Tony Stallings; her sisters, Donna Laws, Robin McRary, Jane Roseman; a sister in law, Bessie Stallings; her brothers in law, Glen Laws, Scott McRary, Darrell Roseman; her father in law, Dan Bryant; her favorite Aunt, Faye Cooke; her nieces and nephews, Chris Jarvis, Zachary and Tina Anderson, Brandy Stallings, Summer Walker, Autumn and Ricky Canipe, Winter Walker, Willie and Michelle Roseman, Clint Laws, and Wendy and Richard Shoemake; her great nieces and nephews, Bryson and Ayden Gilmore, Montana and Anthony Canipe, Gracie Walker, Zoey Anderson, Connor McRary, Chase Jarvis, Colby Shoemake, Riley Shoemake, and Sally Shoemake. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Whitnel United Methodist Church on Saturday, February 18, 2012. A celebration of Jennifer?s life will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2012 at the Whitnel United Methodist Church at 3:00 PM with Pastor Leon Morrow officiating. Interment will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Park.
