Jennifer Robin Hammond

Jennifer Robin Hammond, age 52, of Hudson, passed away February 13, 2020.She was born December 26, 1967 in Caldwell County to Jerry and Shirley Porter of Hudson, NC. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her daughter, Shelby Lear of South Carolina; two granddaughters, Macey Hartley and Avery Lear; one grandson, Asa Lear; sister, Karen Davis; brother, Vance Porter; numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles. Robin was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, mother, grandmother, and friend to many.Robin’s proudest title was “Nanny” to the three beautiful grandbabies she adored with all her heart. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at 2:00 pm at Evans Funeral Service Chapel conducted by Rev. Paul Puett.The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 pm prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will follow the service at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens in Lenoir.
