Jennette Craig Lenoir – Mrs. Jennette Johnson Craig, age 62, of Lenoir, passed away Monday, October 27, 2014 at Caldwell UNC Health Care.Born January 10, 1952 in Caldwell County, she was a daughter of the late Clinard Ray and Eula Mae Eller Johnson and the wife of Glen Michael Craig of the home with whom she shared 43 years of marriage. Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by a son-in-law, Gregory James Hall. Surviving other than her husband Glenn is her mother, Helen Farris Johnson of Lenoir; two daughters, Cynthia Craig Hall and Kimberly Rae Craig, both of Lenoir; 3 sisters, Evelyn J. Reese and husband Junior; Carolyn J. Cardwell and husband Steve; Cathy J. Hamby and husband Larry; 1 brother, Hal “Bugsy” Justice; all of Lenoir; 3 grandchildren; Erica Lee Bentley, Taylor Danielle “Miss Do” Beaver, Tyler James Hall; one great-granddaughter, Madison Lee Keller; 3 nieces, 2 nephews and a host of other relatives. A celebration of Mrs. Craig’s life will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, November 1, 2014 in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Service with Pastor Bobby Petree officiating.Burial will follow in the Whitnel First Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be:Eric Nichols, J.D. Brown, Tyler Cardwell, Jeff Cardwell, Shannon Reese and Travis Morrow.Alternates are:Tyler Hall, Michael Cardwell and Coty McKinney. The family will receive friends Friday, October 31, 2014 at Evans Funeral Service from 6:00 until 7:30 PM.
