Jenetta Vivian Potter

Jenetta Potter, 90, of Granite Falls, passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2024.

Jenetta was born on August 21, 1933 to the late Sam and Emmer Stewart.

In addition to her parents, Jenetta is preceded in death by her sisters, May, Ruby, Rosa; brothers, Delmer, Elmer, Robert E., Julius “Snake”, granddaughter, Leslie Elaine Potter, and great grandson, Weston Dean.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Jimmy Dean (Andi), daughters, Debbie Martin, Tammy Dennie (Terry); grandchildren, Dawn, Emilie, Erica, Matthew, Austin, Justin (Lacey), Megan; great grandchildren; Knox, Macey, Alisza, Lanna, Phoenix, Maddox, Lucas, Adaline, and special caregivers, Justine J, and Jane Mast.

Jenetta was a member at Abee’s Chapel in Mineral Springs for 60 years.  She loved to quilt, puzzles, shop, cooking, and sitting on her porch swing.  She was known “J Pot” to her caregivers.  Jenetta loved her grandchildren.  Everyone that knew her, loved her laugh.  She was very loved by her family and all who knew her.

A private memorial service to honor Jenetta’s life will be held on Tuesday, April 23, 2024.
