James Douglas Greene

Lenoir, NC- Mr. James Douglas “Mousey” Greene, age 64, of 419 Powell Circle, died Wednesday, October 19, 2005 in the St. Joseph Hospital in Asheville. A native of Caldwell County, Mr. Greene was a son of the late James Floyd and Mattie Moore Greene and the husband of Mrs. Judy Triplett Greene of the home. He was a member of Hartland Baptist Church and a member of the Caldwell County Insight Group. Surviving other than his wife are his two daughters, Lisa Diane Greene of Chantilly, VA; Kelly Lynn Goldsberry and husband Ken of Gamewell; one son, Jason Douglas Greene and wife Kim of Durham; foster daughter, Cheryl Ann Chillcott of Chantilly, VA; one brother, Roy Bernard Greene and wife Edwina of Gamewell; one granddaughter, Kelsey Goldsberry of Gamewell and one grandson Kobie Goldsberry of Gamewell. Funeral services for Mr.Greene will be private at the Woodlawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum in Lenoir. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 PM Friday at Evans Funeral Service in Lenoir.
