James Junior Barker

James Junior Barker, age 74, of Hudson, passed away Sunday, February 21, 2021 at his residence.He was born November 16, 1946 in Ashe County to the late James Garfield Barker and Bertha Shumate Barker.In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Ann Tester; and daughter-in-law, Michelle Barker. Loving father and grandfather with survivors to include his wife, Louise Crane Barker; son, Jimmy Barker; two daughters, Lisa Davis and husband Tom and Tina Barker and fiancé Kevin Kern; brother, Richard “Red” Barker; ten grandchildren, Richard, Crystal, Michael, Kayla, Josh, Zack, Nick, Tiffany, Haley, and Kaitlyn; and eleven great-grandchildren.
