Jack Jenkins

Jack Jenkins, age 70, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, November 11, 2022 at Catawba Valley Medical Center. He was born in Cocke County, TN on March 20, 1952 to the late Wesley Jenkins and Reba Thomas Jenkins. He was married to Sharon Sharpe Jenkins of the residence for 51 years.

Jack loved his family and enjoyed spending every chance he could with them. In his spare time, he could be found in the woods hunting or fishing in some mountain stream. He’s crossed many rivers in his life but they won’t compare to the river he crossed this past Friday morning.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his infant sister, June and his brother Jim.

Other than his wife, he is survived by his sons, Chad Jenkins and wife, Stacey; Matt Jenkins and wife, Kristi; brothers, Jerry, John, and his sister, Jane; grandchildren, Brett Jenkins; Elijah Jenkins and Gentry Jenkins; and numerous other family members.

Jack's family will have a private service celebrating his life.
