Jack E. Bradshaw

Jack E. Bradshaw, 98, of Lenoir, went to be with his Lord and Saviour on Wednesday, December 4, 2024.

Jack was born September 28, 1926, to the late Jay and Annie Lee Bradshaw.

In addition to his parents, Jack is preceded in death by his sister, Geneva Bradshaw; brothers, Pete Bradshaw, and Harold Bradshaw.

Those left to cherish Jack’s memory are his wife of 59 years, Joyce Bradshaw; sister, Louise Bradshaw; sons, Tommy Bradshaw, Billy Hartley (Patti), Terry Hartley (Alida); grandchildren, Tyler Patterson (Kevin), Kara Russ (Chris), Michael Hartley (Jana), Lauren Hartley, Nathaniel Hartley; and eleven great grandchildren.

Jack was the oldest lifelong member of Yadkin Baptist Church, a charter member of Happy Valley Ruritan Club, and a volunteer at Lenoir Soup Kitchen for many years. He was an avid golfer, and loved walking at the Lenoir Greenway.

Jack owned Spradlin’s GM Diesel Service for many years.  He was well known in the community.

A Celebration of Jack’s life will be held on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Service with Pastor Robert Livingston officiating.  The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.  A private burial will follow.
