Ferguson – Jack Douglas Banner, age 70, passed away on May 20, 2014 at Charles George VA Medical Center. He was born in Caldwell County on September 26, 1943 to the late Jack Albert Banner and Jeral Dixon Banner. He was married to Olivia Horton Banner of the residence.
